Terms and Conditions

  • By booking a class, course or workshop it is implied that you accept the terms and conditions applied to our services.

  • It is the performers responsibility to send over the the headshot and CV once payment for the workshop has been made.

  • Unless otherwise agreed we will send all correspondence to the email address linked to address used at the time of booking.

  • If any event is missed due to the performer not informing us of a relevant email address then the payment should be considered non-refundable. 

  • Any material provided by industry professionals should be considered private and not to be shared, posted or re-produced in any way.

  • For anyone partaking in industry professional workshops, the CDG Statement stands as "The intent of the workshop is educational and should not be considered a job interview or audition. Attending workshops is not a way to obtain employment as an actor. It is a learning/educational experience. The presence of a casting director is neither a guarantee or promise of employment. Contact with a casting director at a workshop rarely results in any further content with that Casting Director or any company affiliated with that Casting Director."

    Cancellation policy

  • For all pre-booked private acting lessons, 48 hours notice must be given in order to receive a refund/date swap. Anything less than 48 hours is non-refundable due to scheduling.
    *Please note a £5 admin reversal fee will be charged for all refunds.*

  • For ALL Casting/Agent Workshops 5 days (120 hours) notice must be given in order to receive a refund/credit note. For anything less than 5 days (120 hours) notice, no refund /credit note can be given. 

  • For all Weekly Acting for Screen sessions 48 hours notice must be given in order to receive a refund/credit note. For anything less than 48 hours notice, no refund/credit note can be given.

  • For  ALL Director Workshops/Masterclasses: Unless stated all Director workshops/masterclass require 7 days notice for any refunds/credit (minus £5 admin fee). For anything less than 7 days (168 hours) notice, no refund/credit note can be given.

  • *Please note a £5 admin reversal fee will be charged for all refunds.*

  • Take One will email all scripts to the email address provided with the booking. It is the responsibility of the actor to inform Take One of any other email addresses.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
