Director on THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RINGS OF POWER. She has also directed shows such as THE SANDMAN, INSIDE NO.9 + THE WITCHER. LOUISE HOOPER is an acclaimed British drama director, recently selected by Amazon MGM Studios as one of their 25 female trailblazers. Highly imaginative and innovative, Louise is currently lead director on Netflix & AGBO’s action thriller MERCENARY: AN EXTRACTION SERIES, starring Omar Sy. Before that, Louise directed four episodes of RINGS OF POWER, LORD OF THE RINGS S2 for AMAZON. Lead director on the propulsive thriller TREASON for Netflix; directed both the finale and bonus episode of Neil Gaiman's SANDMAN S1 for Warner Bros / Netflix. Directed the Netflix hit THE WITCHER and turned her hand to the UK's most prestigious comedy, directing two gloriously surreal episodes of INSIDE NUMBER 9 for BBC. Louise is celebrated for her infectious and collaborative energy on set. Her limited series include FLESH & BLOOD starring Academy nominees Imelda Staunton and Stephen Rae, and CHEAT, the acclaimed 4 part thriller starring BAFTA leading actress Molly Windsor. Louise began her career directing Arts documentaries for the BBC and was BAFTA nominated for OUR GAY WEDDING: THE MUSICAL. Louise is writing Features and developing her original slate for her company Louise Hooper Films. What will this Masterclass involve? In this masterclass you will be sent sides in advance. You will be paired up and work in an "on-set style" receiving direction and guidance from Louise in a safe, supportive space. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for private lessons: Unless stated otherwise ALL private acting lessons require 48 hours notice for any rescheduling (minus £5 admin fee). Anything less than 48 hours noice is non-refundable due to scheduling. By paying you agree to these terms. Cancellation policy for Casting/Agent workshops: For 3 hour Casting/Agent Workshops 5 days (120 hours) notice must be given in order to receive a refund/credit note. For anything less than 5 days (120 hours) notice, no refund /credit note can be given. For all day intensive Casting workshops 7 days notice must be given in order to receive a refund/credit note. For anything less than 7 days (168 hours) notice, no refund /credit note can be given. Cancellation policy for Courses (Get Set Ready, All day Voiceover course): Unless stated otherwise ALL courses require 7 days notice (168 hours) for all refunds/credit (minus £5 admin fee). Anything less than 7 days (168 hours) is non-refundable/cannot be re-credited due to the nature of the class. Please note with all courses once you have signed up you're expected to attend all sessions. If you miss a session this cannot be credited/refunded. By paying you agree to these terms. Cancellation policy for Weekly Acting for Screen Drop-in Classes: For all refunds/credit 72 hours notice is required (minus £5 admin fee). Anything less than 72 hours notice is non-refundable/cannot be re-credited due to the nature of the class. By paying you agree to these terms. Cancellation policy for ALL Director Workshops/Masterclasses: Unless stated all Director workshops/masterclass require 7 days notice (168 hours) for any refunds/credit (minus £5 admin fee). By paying you agree to these terms. ALL Take One Memberships once purchased for the full fee of £25 are non-refundable and are active for 365 days. By paying you agree to these terms. *Please note* A £5 admin reversal fee will be charged for all refunds. Coupon codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
