We are so excited to have Farren Blackburn on board with Take One to run an All Day Acting for Screen Workshop With a number of award-winning shorts, TV dramas and feature films to his name, Farren is considered one of the most exciting UK filmmakers working today. From character driven factual drama, young adult love stories, psychological thrillers, sci-fi, fantasy and action, he has built a reputation internationally for skilfully traversing genre. His credits include Gangs Of London for Sky/AMC, The Winter King for ITVX/MGM, The Innocents for Netflix, Shut In for Luc Besson’s Europacorp starring Naomi Watts, Daredevil for Marvel, The Golden Globe winning Luther and the genre-busting The Fades for the BBC which won him the BAFTA Award for Best Drama Series. Farren’s signature is deeply embedded in the subtlety and nuance of his storytelling, consistently delivering a bold and distinctly original vision, grounding material in character whilst finding the heart and humanity in every story. What will this Masterclass involve? In this masterclass you will be sent sides in advance. Within this workshop actors will perform receiving direction and feedback from Jon within a mock "on-set style" recorded on top cinema-quality cameras, to get a feel of what it is like working with Jon on one of his TV sets. Anything less than 5 days (120 hours) notice is non-refundable/cannot be re-credited due to the nature of the course/workshop. By paying you agree to these terms. Cancellation policy for Courses (Get Set Ready, All day Voiceover course): Unless stated otherwise ALL courses require 7 days notice (168 hours) for all refunds/credit (minus £5 admin fee). Anything less than 7 days (168 hours) is non-refundable/cannot be re-credited due to the nature of the class. Please note with all courses once you have signed up you're expected to attend all sessions. If you miss a session this cannot be credited/refunded. By paying you agree to these terms. Cancellation policy for Weekly Acting for Screen Drop-in Classes: For all refunds/credit 72 hours notice is required (minus £5 admin fee). Anything less than 72 hours notice is non-refundable/cannot be re-credited due to the nature of the class. By paying you agree to these terms. Cancellation policy for ALL Director Workshops/Masterclasses: Unless stated all Director workshops/masterclass require 7 days notice (168 hours) for any refunds/credit (minus £5 admin fee). By paying you agree to these terms. ALL Take One Memberships once purchased for the full fee of £25 are non-refundable and are active for 365 days. By paying you agree to these terms. *Please note* A £5 admin reversal fee will be charged for all refunds. Coupon codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. The code will expire 6 months after it is created and will no longer be redeemable. Once credits have been issued, they cannot be converted back into cash or refunded.
