Service Description

Before this workshop Emma will be sent any actors spotlights or showreels before the session. About Emma: Emma began her career in casting doing favours for her friends, casting independent short films, music videos and corporate gigs, an actor herself at the time she found herself getting immersed in the work and launching a new career path which combined her love for actors and her training as one. She went on to cast short film ‘The Snow Maze’ with RSA films (Ridley Scott Associates) which has since won best UK short at the London Film Festival, and went on to assist renowned casting director Carolyn McLeod on a series of independent feature films and projects for Netflix. Emma also assisted Casting Director Nancy Bishop in 2018’s NBC pilot season. Emma is now working in-house at the BBC in its continuing drama department where her work includes As Assistant: Holby City, Sister Boniface, The Canterville Ghost As Casting Director: Doctors & Father Brown. Emma has been on maternity leave but will be returning to the BBC following her leave. This is a great workshop not to be missed! A real chance for younger talent to work together and interact with each other over a three hour period. What will this workshop involve? This is a group audition style session. This will be a practical based workshop where actors will perform sides in front of Emma with direct advice and guidance. Where is this workshop taking place? Cancelation Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for private lessons: Unless stated otherwise ALL private acting lessons require 24 hours notice for any rescheduling. Anything less than 24 hours noice is non-refundable due to scheduling. Cancellation policy for workshops/group course: Unless stated otherwise ALL workshops require 5 days (120 hours) notice for any refunds/credit. Anything less than 5 days (120 hours) notice is non-refundable due to the nature of the course/workshop. *Please note* A £5 admin reversal fee will be charged for all refunds.
